Responsibilities

Expectations & Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with residents
  • Rent collection and complete all financial reporting
  • Coordination of vendors
  • Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet company standards
  • Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and governmental agencies
  • Job duties may be added, deleted, or modified at any time by CA Management Team

 

Qualifications

Your Skills:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years community management experience preferred
  • Student Housing background strongly preferred
  • Exceptional sales and closing experience, preferably in student-housing markets
  • Possess the skills to effectively recruit, train and coach for exceptional sales experience
  • Excellent customer service skills, and ability to role model and lead team to perform at a high level
  • Experience with Student Housing Turnover and/or renovation projects
  • Strong technical skills, including Excel and property management software
  • Experience with Entrata a plus!
  • Ability to manage a financial plan
  • Dynamic leasing and marketing background, with the ability to foster creative ideas for increased traffic and income
  • A can-do attitude with the tenacity to get the job done!
  • Proven ability to perform in all areas of Property Management
  • Floating schedule, to include weekends and evenings
  • Attendance and reliable transportation are required
